Custom furniture isn't chosen from a catalogue. It's designed around the people who will live with it for decades.

When someone tells us they want a custom piece of furniture, the first question we ask isn't about wood species.

It isn't about stain colour.

It isn't even about dimensions.

Instead, we start by learning how the furniture will be used.

Who will gather around it?

Where will it live?

What purpose will it serve every day?

That conversation shapes every decision that follows.

To us, that's what custom truly means.

Every Family Uses Furniture Differently

No two homes are exactly alike.

Some families host large holiday dinners.

Some gather around a board game table every Friday evening.

Others need furniture that fits a unique room, accommodates accessibility needs, or becomes the centerpiece of everyday life.

Because every family is different, every project begins with listening rather than building.

The furniture should adapt to the family—not the other way around.

There Is No "Standard" Board Game Table

One of the most common questions we receive is:

"What size should my board game table be?"

The honest answer is:

There isn't one.

Sometimes recommending against certain choices if we believe another solution will serve the client better over the long term.
